HCJ 6685/09 Kahouji et al. v. Military Commander for the West Bank Notice on behalf of the Respondent
A notice filed by the state in HaMoked’s petition to prevent the forcible transfer of a Palestinian from Hebron to the Gaza Strip due to a dated address in the population registry. Despite the state’s holding its position that the petition is to be rejected because the petitioner’s registered address is in Gaza, it consents to release him on bail pending a decision in the petition.
