Military's response to HaMoked's petition against the forced expulsion to Gaza of a Palestinian resident, who moved from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank in 2006. The military claims there are no grounds for intervention in the decision to expel the man, who was staying in the West Bank illegally. In its response, the military clarifies that, according to its enforcement policy, as a rule, residents of the Gaza Strip who moved to the West Bank before October 2000, and against whom there is no security preclusion, are not expelled.
