Complaint re: suspected use of prohibited measures against a detainee and/or omissions in the fulfillment of duty – IPS officials and ISA interrogators

HaMoked’s complaint on behalf of a detainee against IPS officials and ISA interrogators. The complaint refers to acts which come under the prohibition on torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. According to the complaint, the IPS and the ISA allow their agents to treat Palestinian detainees in a manner breaching absolute prohibitions under any law. HaMoked demands the Attorney General and the Person in Charge of the Inspector of Complaints by ISA Interrogees launch exhaustive and efficient investigations into the IPS and ISA respectively, bring offenders to justice and uproot the unacceptable and strictly prohibited practices uncovered in the complaint.
