Transcript of the hearing in HaMoked's petition against the state's intention to seize and demolish the family homes of the suspected shooter of right-wing activist Yehuda Glick and the assailant in the ramming attack at Shimon Ha-Tsadik light-rail station in Jerusalem. In the hearing, HaMoked reiterated, inter alia, its claim that this was an act of collective punishment of innocent people.
