A detailed report by Human Rights Watch dealing with Israel's failure to meet its obligation to investigate cases of civilian casualties as a result of lethal use of force in the activities of security forces in the Occupied Territories. The report thoroughly examines a number of deaths and severe injuries of Palestinian, British and American civilians and determines that most investigations into such cases are whitewashed.
