HCJ 5034/09 - Nababteh et al. v. GOC Southern Command Judgment

The HCJ rejected HaMoked’s petition to allow an East Jerusalem resident and her family to enter Gaza in order to attend the weddings of her two sisters. In a brief judgment, the court accepts the state’s claims regarding danger posed by the petitioners’ relatives of the second and third degree because of whom the preclusion to her entry to Gaza cannot be removed.
