HCJ 6475/07 - Abu a-Laban et al. v. OC Southern Command et al. Notice on behalf of the Petitioners and Motion to Amend Judgment

After a Palestinian physician from Gaza was given permission to travel to Egypt via Erez despite the objection of the Respondents and the dismissal of the petition, HaMoked asks to amend the judgment to properly reflect the facts. The Respondents had argued that the Petitioner could not travel because of security risks and the closure of Erez crossing barring a small number of individuals and vehicles. The Court accepted these arguments and dismissed the petition. However, Erez was not closed as claimed and the army approved the Petitioner's travel. She crossed without difficulty. HaMoked's motion to add this to the judgment was denied.
