HCJ 6475/07 - Abu a-Laban et al. v. OC Southern Command et al. Decision

The Court denies HaMoked's motion to amend the judgment to accurately reflect the facts. The matter concerns a Palestinian physician from Gaza who sought to travel through Erez to Egypt to take an exam. In the judgment the Court, accepting Respondents' arguments regarding the security risks of operating the crossing, dismissed the petition. Despite this, the army approved the request and she did go through Erez to Allenby Bridge and on to Jordan and Egypt.
