"HCJ 8696/07 Mishi et al. v. Commander of the Army Forces in the West Bank Application by Consent to respond to the Respondents’ Reply"

HaMoked' s response to the State's claims in a petition it filed to instruct the IPS and the military to accurately record where prisoners are being held. While the State's response refers to detainees who are transferred from the Police to the IPS, HaMoked clarifies that the petition related to prisoners who are transferred between IPS holding facilities. HaMoked further claims that the State's referral to lack of registration only in Ohalei Keidar prison is unacceptable and the petition raised claims regarding lack of registration in a number of prisons including Ofer, Hadarim and Magen. HaMoked also requested the Court to instruct the State to file an Additional Response in 60 days, in which it would detail the work of the investigative team, its conclusions and the steps taken by the Respondents to implement them.
