HCJ 726/08 - Al 'Adlouni et al. v. Commander of the Army Forces in the West Bank Supplementary Notice on behalf of the Respondents

After HaMoked submitted additional medical documents, the State claimed that four minor petitioners, aged 3 to 16, who wish to travel from Gaza to the West Bank in order to be united with their parents whom they have not seen in 5 months, are acting with ulterior motives, and in fact, the State adds, their mother’s illness is a guise for their intent to “relocate from Gaza to the West Bank”. Despite the State’s claim, the petitioners' wish was granted and the Court ruled they would be able to travel to the West Bank and remain there with their parents until the conclusion of their mother’s treatment.
