HCJ 726/08 - Al 'Adlouni et al. v. Commander of the Army Forces in the West Bank et al. Judgment
In a petition to allow four minors to travel from Gaza to the West Bank in order to be united with their parents, the Court ruled the children would be able to travel, on the condition that the children’s mother sign an undertaking to return to Gaza with her children following the conclusion of her medical treatment. The children were left in Gaza by themselves for over five months, after the mother moved to the West Bank to receive treatment for Bechet Disease.
