HCJ 4747/15 - Abu Jamal et al. v. GOC Home Front Command Judgement
Judgment in HaMoked's petition to prevent the demolition of the home of one of the two assailants in attack at the synagogue in Har Nof, Jerusalem, due to the length of time which has passed since the attack. The court dismisses the petition, ruling that "once the order was upheld by this Court, the timing of its execution is generally at the discretion of the Respondent according to the particulars of time and place".
