Transcript of the hearing in two of HaMoked's petitions against the state's intention to seize and demolish the family homes of the two assailants in the attack at the synagogue in Har Nof, Jerusalem. In the hearing, HaMoked claimed that there was no evidence that house demolition achieved deterrence, and that this was an exceptional act of collective punishment. HaMoked also challenged the use of Regulation 119, based on which the military commander ordered the demolitions, given that the Regulation was abolished by the British even before the end of the Mandate.
